10/2/2008 True StoryRead a story today made me really want to reconsider my holiday to Bali later on.
Here it goes.
An Australian woman went on holiday to Bali with her family and friends. On her flight to Indonesia, she left her luggage unlocked and was bloody exciting abt her holiday. After the plane landing in Indonesia, they collected their luggages and came to the custom. The officer asked her to comfirm the belongings, she was so excited and didn't notice that her bag which is unlocked during the flight seemed to be unzipped by somebody else. Then the officer asked her to open the bag, and so she did. Surprisingly found 4.2kg of Marijuana was in it!!! She was shocked to death but it was too late. She was sentenced for 20 yrs in jail of Indonesia instead of enjoying the sun and beach of Bali.
This is a true story. So ppl who travel a lot plz be aware: Always lock ur luggage wherever u going, especially to those holiday resorts. 9/22/2008 蜕变下午醒来,一时忘记身在何处。口腔里有血的味道。
本能拿起电话,一直没人接听,谁都是。周一都很忙。放弃,平躺在床上看天花板。
无意碰到枕边的水晶,冰冷的触感让我又清醒了几分。
性格里的阴暗面越来越重,无法控制。清楚的感觉到体内的另一个我在大声叫喊,挣扎,企图逃脱。她一直在嘲笑我,束手束脚,顾虑重重。Trying to be nice to everybody doesn't make sense. That's true.
失望太多了,就不再期待。伤痛太多了,就不再在乎。自以为是的时代也该过去了,没有我并不会怎样。 9/21/2008 我胖了囧不知不觉间已经快10月了,陆陆续续发生了很多事,不提。
这几天由于身体状况不太好,休息了几天。认真地审视自己后,得到结论:我胖了……
最近吃的比较好,几乎天天外面吃(虽然之前自己也从不下厨……)但是!!!不吃蔬菜,零食不断,每天都是肉肉肉!!!!以前晚上只吃素,现在……每天晚上一包薯片半个西瓜,蛋糕饼干一堆一堆往家里搬……导致目前汤包很大只……
以前穿上裤子,然后很开心的想:嗯,又松了~我又瘦了~这次翻出去年冬天很久不穿的小N,居然好紧!!!!囧
加上这几周懒得涂body lotion,现在stretch mark都出来了……T___T简直想撞墙!!!
今天问同事,人家也说u're bigger……虽然看上去还是很瘦,但是我绝对不能允许我的size变大!!!我要做永远的size 8!!!
認真分析之后,绝对要做到以下几条:
1. Mayonnaise禁止 (这绝对是我发胖的主要原因,简直肆无忌惮,每次都是double,店里还老是不要我钱给我很多……下次要投诉!)
2. Chips禁止 (所有土豆做的油炸类食品全部扔掉。)
3. 全脂牛奶禁止 (Milky tea也不行。)
4. Cream, cheese禁止(包括sandwich里夹的。)
5. 甜食禁止 (不能拿低血糖做借口。)
6. 晚上不吃饭,salad, 水果加low fat yogurt,that's all.
7. 游戏时不能吃东西,肚子饿就睡觉。
8. 上班不能带零食,也不能偷吃别人的零食。
9. 去超市不能因为降价就买一堆吃的,忍住。
10. 不能因为某人希望我胖点就拼命吃。Don't spoil me!!!!
锻炼还是算了,自己控制饮食就好了……争取早点回上海,回去我就能瘦了~希望老爸老妈能在机场认出我……T_____T 8/28/2008 DoneNow the good things start to come. Finished 3 tasks to be done for the new visa. Got my degree. And also waiting for the response from the job I applied. One more thing need to go is National Insurance. Now is the time for a short break.
Over-stressed for 2 weeks, and this week still need to work 6 days. Well, gonna treat myself better. Hope my schedule to SH won't be delayed, cuz I can't wait to see my family and my lil doggy.
